Over the course of my career, I have contributed to many leading edge technology developments that have involved me with fascinating applications as sheep-skin area measurement, research labs, flight simulators and many others. From this background, I can show the tangible benefits of the application of computer science & technology.
WHAT I'VE DONE
Having this deep background, both in the theory and practical, I can bring my knowledge and insight to the tutoring process and give enthusiastic guidance to pupils.
WHAT I DO
I have worked in the technology sector for in excess of 40 years, more recently in the UK civil service as a technical specialist. I have done software development after graduating with an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire. I am also a Chartered IT Professional a full member of the British Computer Society and belong to several special interest groups.
